Winter Pudding Series
A roundup of your favourite winter warmers to cosy up to.
Comfort food in winter makes the chills a lot more bearable. I love cosying up in front of the fireplace, with a good book and a big bowl of chocolate self-saucing pudding and ice cream – think soft chocolatey sponge, with little morsels of melty chocolate swimming in a pool of delicious dark chocolate sauce.
I created a winter pudding series that I shared on Instagram last year, which you all seemed to love. So I have rounded up the best of the best for you. Sure, my trusty malva pudding (for which the recipe has been twice modified to reduce the sweetness) is a firm favourite with many of you, but I encourage you to try something different and give one of the other recipes a try.
Happy baking and let me know which one is your favourite 🙂
